We believe in doing the right thing and building long-term relationships with our customers. In the event of any dispute, our first desire is to resolve matters immediately and to the satisfaction of all parties involved.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

We have made every effort to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. However, as our lampshades are of a bespoke nature, slight variations in colour and size may occur from time to time. Fabric and trim samples are available on request. All items are subject to availability. Shady and the Lamp will inform you as soon as possible if goods you have ordered are not available. Online prices are subject to change without notice and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mispublished, including prices and promotions.

PAYMENT

Payment for Shady and the Lamp’s goods is through certain credit and debit cards via Shopify. Payments through the website are processed securely using advanced and up-to-date security-protected software. Your payment information is encrypted to ensure that it is fully protected and processed securely. Your payment details are not held by Shady and the Lamp.

For all bespoke and made to order lamps / shades, the final project cost is non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.
